- Where is the "store pickup" location?
As the online retail outlet of Action Loose Leaf, we produce, assemble and ship all of our product from our production facility located is 98 Advance Road, Etobicoke(Toronto), Ontario M8Z 2T7 Canada. Hours of operation are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:00pm EST and no pick up on Fridays.

- Can I mix cartons with different sizes/styles?
While it is not possible to mix products in a single carton, the number of Full cartons can be mixed to get the 5 carton, 50% discount.

- When and how will my binders be shipped?
Your binders are generally shipped within 2 business days, after receipt of your order and confirmation of Paypal payment. UPS standard service will be used, confirmation of shipping and tracking will be available at UPS.com. Full Shipping information can be found on our Shipping and Payments page.

- What are the measurements of the rings from center-to-center so that I can be able punch or drill my paper before I receive my order?

The industry standard center-to-center measurement for punching to fit on a letter size 3 ring mechanism is 4 1/4" center-to-center.

- Do BBTB binders accept index tab dividers?
Yes, a tab allowance is built into our binders allowing up to an industry standard ?? tab extension. This means a 14" x 9" sheet will fit into these binders.

- What is your environmental policy?
At Binders By The Box we are concerned for the environment. Binders By The Box does not use recycled/reprocessed vinyl because it will reduce the quality and longevity of the finished product. Binders By The Box makes every effort to recycle and to use recycled content in our packaging and manufacturing. The board stiffener, rings, as well as most other components, have a percentage of post consumer recycled material.

- What is cold crack? How can it be avoided?
All vinyl binders are made of PVC sheeting (vinyl sheeting), which is a type of plastic. It will soften when heated and become brittle when exposed to the cold. Although Top Quality vinyl is used in the binders sold to you by BindersBytheBox.ca and the utmost care is taken in the manufacturing of these items, THEY CAN CRACK IN COLD TEMPERATURES. Products made of quality vinyl can withstand cool temperatures. BBTB will when possible use the quickest or most direct carrier or same day transport between October and May.

- What warranty applies to Binders By The Box binders?
We have a long history of producing vinyl binders and rarely have quality issues ever arisen. All sales are final. Should any product be defective it will be replaced or refunded after a claim has been made to BBTB and has been approved. Any non-defective product will not be accepted for return.

- What quantity are the binders sold in?
BindersByTheBox.ca sells full cartons only. Each carton of Legal sheet size product contains 6 (six) binders. Letter and memo size binders are packaged as per our site info
